Refund policy

Thirty days. No runaround.

If AICodePrep v2 is not right for you, email support@buttonscli.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the email on your Stripe receipt or your order details, and we will process a full refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card providers commonly take 5–10 business days to show the credit after Stripe processes it.

If you have a problem, please contact us before opening a payment dispute; we can usually resolve it faster. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply to you by law.
